Chris and his team did a first class job  restoring our home before we had it painted.  It turned out to be a much bigger job than we had anticipated - many weatherboards replaced, new second storey balcony and they identified and rectified  a problem we’d had for many years with water leakage from a balcony on the second storey.  Very professional and personable team and I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris Clark Homes to anyone looking for excellent workmanship with a superb eye for detail. Chris, Cathy and the team have recently completed a refurbishment and a lovely extension to our house on the Mornington peninsula. We are very happy with the final result and with the input of the entire team we have been able to maintain the wonderful charm of the house, just as we wanted. As jobs progress there are always changes and better ideas that come along, the team were always happy to contribute and move with any changes. All work was done to a very high standard and the site was kept very clean, organised and we were always fully updated on any issues that arose during the project. I am a very happy client of Chris & Cathy and their team.  They are a pleasure to deal with and their professionalism is reliable, responsible and capable.  Everything ran according to budget estimates and schedule with good communication and great positivity (so applaudable).  2024 in time for Christmas we extended a beach shack, in style with existing, to include a new living area, bedroom and bathroom and garage, with all new electrics and plumbing. Thank you to the team at Chris Clark Homes for my beautiful pergola! It’s completely changed the feel of our place. The boys did a terrific job, all while we were away. In 2017 Chris Clark and his apprentice Jake McEwan built my new home at 30 Chenier St Rye. A contemporary house I designed myself that Chris implemented my vision perfectly. He allowed me to be involved in the building process as I laboured on the project.  He also listened to what at times I am certain he thought were my hair brained ideas. The end result was a Wonderful home. That is a quality built product. Chris is Master Tradesman and there really isn’t any aspect of the building process he doesn’t have knowledge in. He also has a cohort of supporting trades if required for any job from plumbers to electricians to draftsmen. All respectful of each other resulting in a seem less project. We were fortunate to have Chris and his team renovate our holiday home in  Portsea in 2019.  Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with and we could not fault his workmanship and attention to detail.  We undertook a major renovation that involved fully re-cladding the exterior and interior of the home, reconfiguring the internal layout, renovating 3+ bathrooms, laundry and kitchen and replacing all windows and sliding doors.  We loved Chris' "can do" attitude to any obstacles that arose throughout the renovation.  Nothing was ever too much trouble.  We could not be happier with his work and his trades people and would not hesitate to use him again. 5 stars all around!
